A warm welcome to you from Sheepy Hollow Farm. We have a small farmstead on 30 acres located in Armada, Michigan which is in northern Macomb County. We share in Michigan’s agricultural heritage and practice organic, sustainable farming to raise a variety of herbs for culinary, medicinal and herb crafts which are used in our products at Sheepy Hollow Herbs, LLC. Our favorite is lavender, but can’t live without rosemary...and basil too.

We also raise a small flock of sheep (Wooly Tyme Shetlands) for their fiber, dairy goats for their delicious milk (surplus milk is used for our hand-crafted goat’s milk soap) and chickens for their fresh eggs. Our barnyard ‘residents’ also include rabbits, for their fiber, dogs and cats for keeping predators at bay, and my daughter’s Kentucky Mountain Saddle Horse.

We enjoy gardening and raise a variety of vegetables and small fruits utilizing raised beds (a favorite with farm visitors) which are normally overflowing during the growing season as there’s always something ready for pick’n. We are blessed to fill our pantry with nature’s bounty!

Through the years, our small business continues to evolve as we learn from life’s experiences. Fiber art has played a more prominent role in my life and is made possible by our own small flock of sheep, Wooly Tyme Shetlands. Their beautiful hand-dyed wool yarn, batts and roving as well as one-of-a-kind sheepy primitives, handmade woolies, wet-felted and needle felted needfuls fill the shop at Sheepy Hollow.
